In the collective section, we saw that we were going to focus on the various commercial and organizational revolutions that companies are undertaking thanks to the integration of AI. On our side, we decided to focus our analysis on the retail sector within the supply chain, which gathers all the resources, means, methods, and tools used by the actors of this industry to optimize as much as possible the global supply chain and to be able to satisfy all its collaborators, from its suppliers to the final customer. Therefore, we have focused our research and analysis on the supply chain, distribution, delivery, and end-customer satisfaction using artificial intelligence.
