The thesis examines ethical considerations surrounding the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in
recruitment. It delves into how AI is integrated into various stages of the recruitment process:
scouting, screening, assessment and coordination. While some advocate for AI's potential as an
impartial third party, others question its reliability, highlighting concerns such as algorithmic
bias and privacy rights. Through a systematic literature review, the paper outlines these ethical
considerations, providing a normative guide and proposing a mitigation framework for organi zations leveraging AI in recruitment.
