dc.description.abstractThe current project concerns on developing a college student ecosystem for BPI (Banco Português de Investimento). The goal of this Work Project is to assist BPI understanding the customer journey of a college student, identifying their needs and pain points, including both financial and non-financial aspects. An analysis of the industry, as well as the current product offering of BPI and its main competitors was led to allow the formulation of hypothesis, subsequently confirmed based on a quantitative and qualitative analysis. By integrating four products, the outcome is an application designed to support university students throughout their academic journey.eng
