| dc.description.abstract | This thesis examines the Business in Practice (BiP) simulation management of eNOVAtion, a car manufacturer undertaking the transition to sustainable mobility. The company's strategic, marketing and financial decisions are modeled over a span of six simulated years, with an emphasis on innovation and adaptation to the market. The model situates eNOVAtion's performance against broader industry trends, displaying the pressures of electrification and sustainability. In addition, the reflective aspect addresses key issues surrounding team working, leadership and decision-making, with insights into individual development and those qualities of management required to thrive in rapidly changing business environments. | eng |
