O presente relatório tem como objetivo relatar a experiência vivida no decurso do estágio realizado na Bertrand Editora durante o período entre outubro e dezembro de 2019 para obtenção do título de Mestre em Edição de Texto.
Será explicitado todo o processo do trabalho desenvolvido na área do departamento de produção editorial, com alguns exemplos de livros produzidos durante o tempo de estágio, e será ainda apresentada uma proposta de livro de estilo, aplicável, de forma mais específica, à chancela 11x17 (chancela mais trabalhada durante o estágio), da Bertrand Editora.
Este relatório pretende, de forma sucinta, apresentar os desafios vivenciados durante o decurso de cada livro produzido, recorrendo a exemplos técnicos e comparando com o segmento académico e teórico do curso de Edição de Texto.
This report aims to describe my experience during the internship held at Bertrand Editora during the period between October and December 2019 as part of the Master degree in Editing and Publishing. The entire work process developed in the editorial production department will be explained with some examples of books produced during the internship, and a suggestion of a linguistic norm book, more specific to 11x17, an imprint of Bertrand Editora (which was the imprint I mostly worked with during my intership). This report intends to explain the challenges experienced during the process of each book produced using technical examples and comparing it with the academic and theoretical segment of the Editing and Publishing degree.
