Innovation is a strategic priority for Company A Group, yet the way the organization measures innovation performance remains fragmented and activity-focused. This thesis addresses this gap by developing a comprehensive KPI framework tailored to Company A’s innovation
context. Building on an assessment of Company A’s existing innovation practices, industry benchmarking, and academic literature, the proposed framework refines innovation project attributes and introduces a structured set of input, process, output and outcome KPIs. The study further translates the framework into a practical implementation roadmap designed to strengthen governance, improve data quality, and enhance managerial use of innovation metrics.
