| dc.description.abstract | Auchan is currently lagging far behind competitors and facing a huge challenge towards business transformation.Procurement is not being able to ensure on-shelf product availability,being one of the priorities inside the company.The purpose of the paper is to address the empiricalquestion: Should Auchan invest in a new Procurement Model?. Itcomprises relevant literature review and a compilation of research articles, as well as a deep diagnosis of internal processes and results. The most relevant findings give place to structured recommendations on how to implement a new model. | pt_PT |
