It delves into the challenges and opportunities posed by ESLs in the context of the grocery retail sector, considering factors such as political influences, economic dynamics, and environmental sustainability. Through a comprehensive financial and operational analysis, the thesis provides strategic recommendations for ESL adoption. The study emphasises the significance of pilot testing, evaluates critical performance indicators, and outlines a phased approach for successful ESL integration, ensuring Pingo Doce's continued role-modelling in the evolving retail landscape. | pt_PT |
