| dc.description.abstract | The Continuing Care Units were created by integrating several of ARIA’s projects in the Social Security network. The Home Support Team provides regular support for People with severe mental illness in their own homes, while the Residences of Autonomy Training helps their beneficiaries with activities promoting social integration. Financially, both units are suffering. We saw that decreasing costs is not feasible therefore, the only two solutions are to negotiate with the SS to increase revenues per beneficiary or to get private ones. The financial impact of these solutions ranges from 0 to 40k depending on which solution the SS allows. | pt_PT |
