Resumo(s)
This Work Project responds to the rising prevalence of concentration difficulties among young adults by developing “Tunl”, a venture offering peripheral-blocking focus eyewear to tackle visual distractions in public workspaces. Applying Bill Aulet’s Disciplined Entrepreneurship framework, the study validates the problem-solution fit through primary research and field testing. The venture defines a beachhead market of university students in Lisbon, supported by a direct-to-consumer business model and an integrated habit-forming digital ecosystem. The project delivers a comprehensive business plan, indicating the commercial viability of mitigating visual distractions to enable Deep Work.
