| dc.description.abstract | This work project analyzes the development of Evolv3rs, an automotive manufacturer, within the Business in Practice (BiP) simulation. The company’s performance is examined through strategic, operational, and financial perspectives, highlighting the opportunities and risks of pursuing a cost leadership strategy in such a volatile industry. Emphasis is placed on the role of sustainability, capacity utilization, and financial discipline in shaping resilience and long-term competitiveness. In addition, the project includes a personal reflection on leadership and teamwork during the program, offering insights into self-development and the demands of leading effectively in dynamic environments. | eng |
