How does it feel to enter the job market nowadays? What changes does a person have to pass through during such a transition? Do the new colleagues or the immediate superior play any role in this passage? These are some of the questions this study intents to
answer. Using the qualitative data of a fifteen recent graduate’s sample, the purpose of this paper is to understand what newcomers feel during this transitory period. From college to work, a liminal space, where they are still not workers, but where they already have definitely left school.
