dc.description.abstractWe venture into discovering, through an inductive approach, what are the actions taken by leaders that make their followers feel disappointed, as well as their consequences. After collecting data from professionals of different sectors (public and private), we conducted a semi cluster analysis in order to reach underlying structures that aim to identify the source of these actions, which were found to be in three paradoxes. As for the consequences, three core concepts were also found, which can be used to divide the former into three groups related to the period of time of their effect.pt_PT
