Resumo(s)
Reshell is an innovative venture that transforms mussel shell waste into sustainable ceramic pastes. By repurposing mussel shells, primarily composed of calcium carbonate, into biocalcite, Reshell addresses critical waste management challenges while mitigating environmental impacts. The ceramic industry, a significant consumer of calcium carbonate, stands to benefit from Reshell's products, which not only enhance mechanical properties but also align with the principles of a circular economy. Reshell operates under a dual business model, combining waste collection and product development, thereby integrating sustainability with profitability. This work project outlines the strategic framework and business plan designed to successfully implement Reshell's vision.
