| dc.description.abstract | This thesis analyzes challenges arising from and during the implementation process of the artificial intelligence assistant Copilot at Dreßler Bau, a German construction firm. Applying paradox theory reveals organizational tensions, such as the balance between exploration and exploitation, vision and practice, and smart and stupid artificial intelligence. The Double Loop Model enabled a deeper understanding of the paradoxical roots and offered practical solutions to balance these tensions. The findings of this study demonstrate the applicability of said frameworks for organizational understanding and managing AI-driven transformation. | eng |
