This paper investigates the credibility of the use of Contract Programs in Lisbon Hospitals. Using the last available numbers for budget and activity for each hospital, it was compared with what was predefined for 2006. The majority of hospitals do not seem to behave badly; however, one hospital does not fit under any group of credibility.
