dc.description.abstractThe project focuses on Europ Assistance’s travel business line with the purpose of understanding how the company can in crease its customer base. In order to reach this goal several analyses were developed to address the external and internal environment, by identifying the opportunities and thre at sof the travel insurance industry and the strengths and weak nesses of the company. Several recommendations were shaped with the application of the Blue Ocean Strategy to answer to the overriding question. This work was developed during the Covid-19pandemicandimpactedbyitsconsequences,whichwereturnedintoopportunitiestoaddresstheproject’sobjective.pt_PT
