Resumo(s)
The purpose of this study is to show what people do at work when they are not working and how do those things contribute to maintain an intensive work pace along the day. The results, achieved through fifteen semi-structured interviews with individuals from a diversity of occupations, will be presented in a table (Appendix II) that shows the major challenges people face, such as stress, lack of organization or difficulties in starting the work day, as well as the practices engaged to fight them, for instance clear the mind, follow routines or start the day with pending issues.
