| dc.description.abstract | In the competitive environment we face today, measuring the value created by intangible assets, such as Human Capital, has become a priority for many companies. One example of such companies is Millennium BCP (MBCP), the largest Portuguese private bank. The purpose of this paper is to build the structure for a Human Resources Balanced Scorecard (HR Scorecard). The methodology used was field research, carried out during a Summer Internship, and it allowed me to analyse the strategic alignment between Human Capital and MBCP’s strategy, the importance of using the HR Scorecard and how Human Resources’ contribution is translated into tangible results. | eng |
