Resumo(s)
This thesis addresses how ACSS can be a strategic driver of efficiency within the SNS. An in depth analysis was performed by conducting benchmarking studies, stakeholder interviews, and organizational review. Key inefficiencies were found due to fragmented and unstandardized training data collection and no proper human resources management, which hampers informed decision-making. A centralized Training Data Platform, an Incentives Program and a Training Needs Assessment supported by a 21-month implementation plan were performed to address these challenges. By enabling data-driven decision-making, this strategy simplifies administrative tasks, enhances the professionals’ career development monitoring, and strengthen ACSS’ role as a proactive innovation enabler.
