dc.description.abstractMillennials generation correspond to the people born between 1980s and 2000s. It differs greatly from previous generations in beliefs, attitudes, values and behaviors. This dissertation main purpose is to present what is their idea of success and career development in a multinational company. Results (obtained through qualitative interviews and an online survey) suggest that Millennials significantly value both continuous learning and career progression and, at the same time, desire a balanced professional and personal life. In addition, this dissertation proposes a set of recommendations that companies could implement in the short-term in order to attract and retain talent from Millennials.pt_PT
