It addresses key areas such as product-market fit, import logistics, regulatory frameworks, and go-to-market strategy. The research is grounded in real-world data, including expert interviews, competitor analysis, and financial planning. Centered on the existing Peruvian brand “Huella Verde,” the project aims to identify a selection of high-potential products and assess the feasibility of scaling them in Portugal, focusing on initial market entry and short-term validation.eng
