O papel do Técnico Superior de Reinserção Social em meio comunitário. Estágio realizado na Direção Geral de Reinserção e Serviços Prisionais

O presente relatório descreve as atividades elaboradas no âmbito do estágio curricular realizado na Direção Geral de Reinserção e Serviços Prisionais, mais especificamente em duas Equipas de Reinserção Social em meio livre. O trabalho realizado teve como objetivo principal expor as funções e tarefas que o Técnico Superior de Reinserção Social assume.
Desta forma, o relatório inclui um levantamento teórico sobre as principais teorias sociológicas do crime, bem como sobre os conceitos de reinserção social e reincidência criminal. Simultaneamente, descreve a instituição e a unidade orgânica onde ocorreu o estágio e as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do percurso. Por fim, identifica os principais problemas teóricos e metodológicos observados e realiza algumas sugestões para futuras pesquisas.

This report describes the activities carried out during the curricular internship conducted at the Direção Geral de Reinserção e Serviços Prisionais, specifically within two Social Reintegration Teams operating in the community. The main objective of this work is to present the functions and tasks performed by the Social Reintegration Technician. Accordingly, the report includes a theoretical review of the main sociological theories of crime, as well as the concepts of social reintegration and criminal recidivism. At the same time, it provides a description of the institution and the organizational unit where the internship took place, along with the activities developed throughout the process. Finally, it identifies the main theoretical and methodological issues observed and offers some suggestions for future research.
