| dc.description.abstract | Multilem is a Portuguese company specialized in the production and construction of high quality stands of trade fairs, exhibitions, commercial areas and major events. In the latest years, the company has been growing at an average rate of 30% and nowadays is a market leader in the premium segment. As the Portuguese market has a small dimension and grows slowly than the company (being even at the current times facing a recession), Multilem decided that in order to keep growing it should invest on an emergent market. Moreover, the company considers itself prepared to engage on internationalization. Hence, this work project focus on the expansion of Mutilem towards the Angolan market, an emergent market, with lots of growth opportunities, cultural links and where there have been prior positive business experiences for Multilem. Still, literature shows how difficult it can be to succeed on such strategy, whether to adopt or adapt is the question and throughout this work I will help Multilem find the best answer. | eng |
