O foco deste relatório irá incidir sobre a experiência de estágio curricular na editora Ponto de Fuga, o qual foi realizado entre os meses de setembro e dezembro de 2019. Irá descrever as tarefas solicitadas pelo editor Vladimiro Nunes no decorrer deste estágio, bem como os problemas e obstáculos – de um ponto de vista mais aprofundado e técnico – que foram sendo enfrentados pelo caminho e a forma como foram solucionados. Será abordada também, de forma breve, a atual pandemia causada pela COVID-19, o regime de teletrabalho, e os efeitos que se poderão vir a sentir no setor editorial. Por fim, será apresentada uma perspetiva e reflexão sobre este estágio, o que correu bem e o que poderia ter corrido melhor, e uma crítica construtiva acerca do mestrado em Edição de Texto.
The focus of this report will be about the experience of the curricular internship in the publishing house Ponto de Fuga, which was done between September and December 2019. It will describe the tasks that were asked by editor Vladimiro Nunes during this internship, as well as the issues and obstacles – from a more technical and in-depth point of view – faced along the way and how they were sorted out. It will also do a brief approach to the current pandemic caused by COVID-19, the home office system, and the likely effects of the pandemic on the publishing sector. Lastly, it will be presented a perspective and consideration about this internship, what went well and what could have been better, just as a constructive criticism about the master’s degree in Editing Studies.
