Resumo(s)
This research paper, titled “The role of Non-Entrepreneurs in the Success of Startups”, focuses on the impact implementers and supporters have in the day-to-day activities that enable startups to achieve success. To reach this goal, a literature review, a survey and two tailored interviews were conducted, by contacting with both entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs to gather results. This Direct Research establishes a basis on which to build further research on a still relatively untapped subject, which is that of non-entrepreneurs in startups. Two conclusions are drawn from research, related with the impact on daily activities as well as overall company strategy. Acknowledgements
I would like to acknowledge Professor Marco Berti which, through his advice, provided critical support for the completing of this work. Additionally, I would like to extend my gratitude to Manuel Castro and Marta Leandro for the invaluable insights they provided in our interviews.
