1465, agosto, 31, Porto A Câmara do Porto faz acordo com Gonçalo Anes da Mota, provedor da Albergaria de Santa Clara, perdoando a Álvaro Gonçalves Almotim, devido à sua pobreza, todas as rendas que ele devia das casas onde morava, que eram da dita albergaria, e de igual modo foi-lhe permitido que aí vivesse até à sua morte sem pagar nada. Por sua vez, Álvaro Gonçalves comprometeu-se a deixar inteiramente livres, após a sua morte, as referidas casas à albergaria.
31 August 1465, Porto The City Council of Porto reaches an agreement with Gonçalo Anes da Mota, provedor of the Albergaria of Santa Clara, by which Álvaro Gonçalves Almotim, on account of his poverty, is pardoned of all rents owed for the houses he inhabited, which belonged to the said albergaria. Likewise, he was granted permission to reside there free of charge until his death. In return, Álvaro Gonçalves undertook to leave the said houses entirely at the disposal of the albergaria after his death.
