Este estudo aborda o trabalho desenvolvido, em parceria com a Câmara Municipal de Lisboa, a analisar
a plataforma digital “NaMinhaRuaLx”. Esta plataforma permite estabelecer uma relação entre o poder
local e os cidadãos, na medida em que, através de um smartphone ou website, é possível as autarquias
receberem as queixas e problemas sentidos pelos cidadãos. O projeto visou sobretudo a análise e
interpretação dos resultados obtidos da base de dados da plataforma “NaMinhaRuaLx”, relacionandoos
posteriormente com informação recolhida de fontes como os dados censitários, dados
meteorológicos e dados de turismo, nomeadamente estabelecimentos de alojamento local. Tendo por
base a metodologia Design Science Research, foi possível estruturar as diferentes etapas de
investigação. No final o objetivo foi identificar o perfil dos utilizadores da plataforma em análise e
compreender melhor os problemas reportados no município de Lisboa, de forma a dar a informação
necessária à implementação de medidas de melhoria e correção de processos, garantido assim a
eficiência na gestão do poder local.
It is addressed on this report the work developed in collaboration with the Municipality of Lisbon, which consisted on the analysis of the digital platform “NaMinhaRuaLx”. This platform enables the creation of a relationship between local government and citizens, since local authorities can receive complaints and problems encountered by citizens through a smartphone or website. The aim of this project is the analysis and interpretation of the results achieved from the platform database “NaMinhaRuaLx”, relating them afterwards with information collected from several sources such as census data, meteorological data and tourism data, namely local accommodation facilities. Based on Design Science Research, it was possible to organize the research and work stages. Lastly, the main goals are the identification of users’ profile of the analyzed platform and gain a better understanding of the reported problems on Lisbon municipality, to implement improvement measures and processes review. Thus, an efficient local government management is ensured.
