Este relatório pretende refletir sobre a importância da Delegação da Rádio e
Televisão de Portugal situada em Coimbra para o contributo no Serviço Público
Televisivo em Portugal. Para tal, serão analisadas as rotinas de produção da
delegação e a importância e especificidade que os conteúdos informativos
produzidos por estes profissionais têm no panorama televisivo do canal público.
A edificação deste relatório surge após a realização de um estágio nas instalações
da delegação da Rádio e Televisão de Portugal de Coimbra durante três meses.
A aprendizagem permitiu conhecer como são produzidos conteúdos noticiosos
através da necessária relação estabelecida entre uma delegação e outros
Centros de Produção, nomeadamente o de Lisboa e Porto, bem como
compreender os obstáculos e desafios quotidianos de uma instituição com estas
caraterísticas, agregadora de dois meios: a televisão e a rádio.
Com o objeto de definir a importância da produção de conteúdos informativos
da delegação, o estudo empírico do relatório procedeu à análise dos conteúdos
produzidos durante a terceira semana de cada mês do estágio, relativamente ao
tipo de conteúdos, às categorias temáticas onde se inserem, ao destaque que
possuem nos alinhamentos dos noticiários do canal público - considerando a
RTP1, RTP2 e RTP3-, à origem e à forma.
This report intends to address the significance of the Delegation of Radio and Television of Portugal, located in Coimbra, and its contribution to the Television Public Service. In order to address this issues, it will be analyzed the production routines of the delegation, and the importance and specificity that the informative content produced by these professionals have in the television panorama of the public channel. The construction of this report emerges after the realization of a three-month internship in the Delegation of Radio and Television of Portugal facilities. The apprenticeship allowed to understand how is news content produced, through the necessary relationship established between a delegation and other Production Centers, specifically Lisbon and Porto, as well to recognize the difficulties and challenges faced by an institution with these physiognomies, aggregator of two resources: television and radio. In order to define the importance of the delegation production of informative contents, the empirical study of this report analyzed the contents produced during the third week of each month of the internship, in relation to the content type, thematic categories in which they are inserted, the highlight they have in the alignments of the public channel news - considering RTP1, RTP2 and RTP3 – and to the origin and form.
