Esta tese trata da Economia Solidária (ES) no Brasil, como um projecto político de
transformação social, inserido em suas formas de empreendimentos econômicos solidários
(EES) e de movimento social. O objetivo foi perceber quais os sentidos que estão sendo
construídos, que apontam elementos da centralidade do trabalho e da dimensão da
participação social, como recuperação dos laços comunitários e exercício da cidadania, e
os fatores de correlação e sustentabilidade entre os EES. Procurou mostrar as concessões
entre lógicas econômicas distintas, o campo de mobilização social e política, os seus
sentidos e significados na construção de expectativas e interesses. A análise foi feita a
partir de dados do Sistema de Informação em Economia Solidária (SIES), documentos,
carta de princípio e relatórios do Fórum Brasileiro de Economia Solidária. A tese mostra
que os sentidos atribuídos ao trabalho e à participação política, como processos
emancipadores, são uma prática corrente nos Empreendimentos Econômicos Solidários; enquanto nas estruturas sociais e políticas ainda não se passou da expectativa à realidade.
This thesis concerns with the Solidarity Economy (SE) in Brazil, as a social transformation political project, set in their ways of solidary economic enterprises (EES) and social movement. The goal was to see which senses are being built, that link elements of the work centrality and social participation dimension, in a way to recover community ties and citizenship, and the correlation and sustainability factors between the EES. Tried to show the concepts between different economic logic, social and political mobilization, their meanings and significances in building expectations and interests. The analysis was made from Information in Solidarity Economy System (SIES), documents, letter of principle and Brazilian Forum reports ES. The thesis shows that work and political participation attributed meanings, as emancipatory processes are common practice in the ESS; while the social and political structures have not yet passed from expectation to reality.
