quais temos dados, Açores, Madeira e Brasil.
This dissertation examines the tiles, along with other archaeological materials whenever possible, from fourteen archaeological sites located in the island of Santiago in Cape Verde, with a chronology roughly from the 16th to the 18th century. After the in-depth study of these sites, there is a comprehensive exploration of all the tiles by chronology and typology. Then a tile consumption pattern in Cabo Verde is produced, followed by its comparative analysis with other parts of the Portuguese Atlantic world that we have data for, namely the Azores, Madeira and Brazil.
