industries, examining the readiness and perceptions of Ghanaian workers toward AI
technologies and their willingness to adapt to disruptions in their respective fields. Motivated
by Ghana's economic growth and the importance of sectors like agriculture, manufacturing,
and services, which are vital to the nation's development, the study delves into the potential
effects of rapid advancements in AI technologies on the Ghanaian job market. It offers
valuable insights into how professionals in key sectors perceive AI, evaluating whether it is
seen as a tool for skill enhancement or a threat. The findings are expected to guide
policymakers, businesses, and educational institutions in developing strategies to manage AI's
