Resumo(s)
In recent times, the importance of operational risk has increased, and there has been great progress in managing and quantifying it. Operational risk is present in all the company's activities and cannot be separated from the business or the company's objectives, so assessing its impact and how it influences the company’s results is important. This project presents the case study of a Shared Service Center where the implementation
process is analyzed as well as the operational risk present in each operation. The challenges and some of the solutions already implemented are presented, and there is still room for improvement. As we can observe during this project some changes in different parts of the process had a significant impact in the company’s results.
