Resumo(s)

Cyberspace, with global and non-territorial dimensions, is not only a recente arena for human activities, but, above all, requires the development of a new branch of Law - Cyberlaw - with the special purpose to protect citizens and organisations against more powerfull threats, obliging the improve of legislation in order to better face them.
