Resumo: The current study exhaustively explores the impact of BPM in the Cement Industry, evidence from Angola. From what was possible to find out, there is a lack of information and even practical cases of BPM application in the Cement Industry. The case of Angola, a country in full growth and, after the post-war period, many companies and factories operating in this sector emerged, the need for the product grew exponentially and the supply of cement, fortunately, accompanied the demand over time, if it weren´t for Angola, today, a self-sufficient country in this matter. If, on the one hand, the cement market has been growing significantly, the same cannot be said of information and documentation regarding the use of the BPM methodology in this sector. It is a controversial situation, considering the size of the sector, the enormous number of processes and high-value information, where BPM techniques can help minimize day-to-day waste, increase revenue and productivity. This project presents an integrative application of BPM methodology, techniques, and tools in a cement industry, in Angola, with the aim of improving existing processes, specifically the sales process, ensuring the proper application of the methodology for the success of the project.
