A crescente competitividade que se verifica nas mais diversas áreas de negócio, realça a importância das áreas da qualidade e melhoria de processos ao crescimento das empresas. No enquadramento atual das empresas, torna-se necessário progredir através da aposta em ferramentas e metodologias capazes de ir ao encontro das necessidades reais das organizações, tendo as mesmas como foco a identificação e redução de ineficiências, levando à melhoria continuada dos processos como são praticados.
A situação pandémica provocou um aumento muito significativo pela procura de produtos, ligados ao retalho alimentar, como é caso de alimentos e bens de primeira necessidade. Durante este aumento, verificaram-se picos de procura ocorrendo na maior parte dos casos a rutura. Perante tal cenário, as empresas retalhistas foram obrigadas a adaptarem-se ao mercado tal como ele é atualmente.
O projeto desenvolvido foi incorporado na área de Lean Management da Auchan Retail Portugal, que se dedica à realização de projetos de melhoria e agilização de processos nas diferentes áreas da empresa.
Os objetivos principais do estudo consistiram na melhoria de processos, na sua maioria informáticos, referentes às diferentes gamas de artigos, bem como, a clarificação e definição de responsabilidades no processo de monitorização das margens de lucro da empresa.
Procedeu-se à realização de workshops com todos os envolvidos nos processos para levantamento na íntegra do processo atual e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria. Através de brainstormings, surgiram e foram propostas melhorias. Destaca-se a incorporação de melhorias de rápida implementação e a criação de documentos estandardizados. Como é o caso das fichas de processo que captam uma visão global dos processos. As restantes ações são propostas concretas que auxiliarão a empresa a alcançar o processo futuro ambicionado. Requerem de validação e disponibilidade para a sua implementação e encontram-se devidamente identificadas e descritas no sistema da empresa. O desenvolvimento deste projeto apoiou-se em conceitos de Business Process Management.
The growing competitiveness that occurs in the most diverse business areas, highlights the importance of the areas of quality and process improvement to the growth of companies. In the current framework of companies, it is necessary to progress through the commitment of tools and methodologies capable of meeting the real needs of organizations, focusing on the identification and reduction of inefficiencies, leading to the continuous improvement of processes as they are practiced. The situation has led to a very significant increase in demand for food retail products, such as food and essential goods. During this increase, there were peaks of demand occurring in most cases rupture. In the face of this scenario, retail companies have been forced to adapt to the market as it currently is. The project developed was incorporated into the Lean Management area of Auchan Retail Portugal, which is dedicated to the realization of projects of improvement and streamlining of processes in the different areas of the company. The main objectives of the study were to improve the processes, mainly computerized, related to the different ranges of articles, as well as the clarification and definition of responsibilities in the process of monitoring and controlling the company's profit margins. Workshops were held with all those involved in the processes to fully survey the current process and identify opportunities for improvement. Through brainstorming, improvements have emerged and been proposed. We highlight the incorporation of fast implementation improvements and the creation of standardized documents. For example, the process sheets that capture an overview of the processes. The remaining actions are concrete proposals that will help the company achieve the future process coveted. They require validation and availability for its implementation and are properly identified and described in the company's system. The development of this project was based on concepts of Business Process Management.
