Digital technology has been increasingly sought after and mobile banking services have more and more
users. Consequently, the susceptibility involved in this transformation has become more present in
people's daily lives. Therefore, it is crucial to understand how users’ awareness of information security
is important to reduce fraud and, consequently, to increase online security, in the light of the theory
of planned behaviour. We collected 278 valid questionnaires. The results shows that information
security awareness are affect by behavioural intention and knowledge and skills. We provide
theoretical and practical implications.
