It is commonly shared that data has become the most valuable commodity in the business world, but the actual value of data comes from analyzing it. This internship in the Reporting & Analytics team of a consulting project at Accenture aims to develop and maintain an unique platform for exploring and monitoring the client's performance metrics as well as management indicators related to the governance of the various areas covered by the client´s energy sector for the B2C segment. Based on the client´s customer care & billing system, the reporting platform will allow the client to focus on strategic decision-making, aiming to increase its commercial performance and restore its data handling challenges. The solution presented is built on various initiatives explored in detail in this report, focusing on the fields of Data Integration, Data warehouse, and Data Visualization. The deployment of a BI project is a complex and interactive work that combines technical skills and business knowledge. This project required collaboration between various teams and stakeholders to meet the client's needs.
