Resumo: COVID-19 brought significant changes to our way of life and has impacted how we consume, move, and make traditional travel decisions and habits, bringing new challenges for the future. Despite the importance of the theme, the literature is scarce on systematic and structured research that evaluates the impacts of COVID-19 on mobility in the city context. This study aims to explore this gap by proposing a systematic literature review and a conceptual framework to determine the impacts of the pandemic control measures of COVID-19 on urban mobility and contribute to supporting and guiding public decision-makers and researchers to respond and prepare cities and mobility infrastructures for new challenges or crises in the future.
