Resumo(s)
The significance field of the vine and wine is extraordinary. The imaginary of wine borrows from the Christian culture a symbolism that makes the power of religion live in aeternum. By revisiting some examples of the Bible, we will try to understand how metaphors and parables around wine become « all powerful ». For medical or domestic use, a sign of joy or sexuality, wine becomes above all a symbol of God's life and blessing. In short, we will emphasize above all the positive aspects-because the vine appears as a sign of wealth and divine blessing- A nd the negative aspects-because drunkenness is considered as a fault.
