e Ordenamento do Território (MUSOT).

The internship took place in the Division of Urban Reconversion of AUGI (DRUA) of the Department of Urban Administration (DAU) of the Municipality of Almada. The urban conversion of several AUGI of the Municipality of Almada was studied, in order to make a diagnosis and characterization. Data were then collected from existing processes and they were used in data forms and in the geoinformation repository of the Almada City Council. The data were applied on two platforms of the Municipality of Almada, the Observatory and the Geoportal. The promotion of geographic information, through platforms such as the Observatory and Geoportal, proved essential as a support for all territorial and environmental planning and management activities, and as a promoter of the dissemination of geographic data information by users, increasing and promoting the 'culture of territory'.
