Este trabalho pretende observar a implementação do teletrabalho enquanto medida de segurança obrigatória durante os vários períodos de confinamento em 2020 e 2021, partindo do caso de estudo de duas empresas multinacionais portuguesas, a Vitacress e a Logoplaste, assente num vasto conjunto de entrevistas realizadas via Teams. Pretende perceber quais as intenções, opiniões, mudanças e vivências esperadas, daqui para a frente, na experiência do trabalho submetido a este regime à distância. Mais concretamente, este estudo pretende complexificar as profecias de que a pandemia veio trazer uma ‘nova realidade’ laboral e social, tentando perceber se a crescente implementação do teletrabalho em tempos de pandemia tem, de facto, promovido uma ‘ressocialização’ ou uma ‘degradação’ do processo e significado do trabalho.
This work aimsto observe the implementation of telework as a mandatory security measure during the various periods of confinement in 2020 and 2021, taking as example the case study of two Portuguese multinational companies, Vitacress and Logoplaste, based on a wide range of interviews carried out via Teams. It intends to understand the intentions, opinions, changes and expected experiences, from now on, in the experience of work submitted to this distance regime. More specifically, this study intends to complexify the prophecies that the pandemic has brought a 'new reality' for work and society, trying to understand whether the increasing implementation of telework in times of pandemic has, in fact, promoted a 'resocialization' or a 'degradation ' of the process and meaning of the work.
