Perante o anúncio da emergência de uma nova ordem internacional de cariz multipolar, onde os centros de poder e as zonas de influência estão a mudar e onde as forças centrípetas e centrífugas do sistema mundial passam muito por uma globalização económica e energética, a Federação Russa de Vladimir Putin pretende afirmar-se como uma potência global cujos tentáculos chegam a todos os lugares ainda que de forma residual. É nesse sentido que as atenções russas parecem virar-se de novo para o continente africano, em especial, pela importância que África tem vindo a adquirir na última década, sobretudo pelas suas potencialidades em termos económicos. Esta análise pretende particularizar, dentro do continente africano, a relação com Angola. Esta ponte parece deter múltiplos vetores, político-diplomáticos, económico-energéticos e culturais/educacionais. Perceber em que medida se desenvolve e qual o peso deste relacionamento pretende ser o objetivo deste trabalho de investigação.
Faced with the announcement of a new multipolar international order, where the centers of power and influence are changing and where the one of the centrifugal and centripetal forces of the world system are energy and economic globalization, the Russian Federation of Vladimir Putin intends to assert itself as a global power whose tentacles reach everywhere even in a residual form. It is in this sense that Russia’s attention seems to turn up again for the African continent, in particular due to the importance that Africa has acquired over the last decade, especially for its potential in terms of natural resources. This analysis will attempt to demonstrate this in the relationship with the African continent, and particularly with Angola. This bridge seems to hold multiple layers, political-diplomatic, economic, energy and cultural/educational. Realize the extent to which it develops and the weight of this relationship is intended to be the goal of this research work.
