A automatização de dados e de processos é um procedimento de extrema importância dado que permite o não desperdício de tempo na realização de tarefas repetitivas. Ao longo do estágio incrementaram-se alguns processos de automatização de dados através dos quais foi possível reconhecer indicadores económicos relevantes das empresas clientes de uma forma mais rápida e facilitada. Um destes processos tornou a submissão de candidaturas mais eficiente e rápida, uma vez que grande parte dos dados necessários para realização das candidaturas são preenchidos através da hiperligação do ficheiro utilizado para preenchimento da candidatura e os diversos ficheiros de dados fornecidos pelas empresas clientes. Numa segunda fase, a alteração do processamento da informação e documentação facilitou e agilizou, o reporte de investimentos realizados pelos clientes da Yunit Consulting, uma vez que a informação foi transferida para o Balcão 2020 de uma forma parcialmente automática no âmbito da apresentação dos pedidos de pagamento, pois são através dos mesmos que as empresas clientes reportam as despesas que tiveram com o projeto. O resultado deste projeto trouxe vantagens para com os funcionários que passaram a dispor de mais tempo para se dedicar e focar em tarefas exigentes e desafiadoras, ao nível da empresa permitiu dar resposta a um maior número de clientes potencializando o lucro gerado pela mesma.
The automation of data and processes it´s an extremely important procedure since it allows for no time to be wasted in performing repetitive tasks. During the internship, some data automation processes were augmented, throughout it, was possible to recognize relevant economic indicators of client companies in a faster and easier way. One of these processes allowed the submission of applications more efficient and swifter, since most of the data required to complete the applications are filled through the link from the file used to fill out the application and the various data files provided by the client companies. In a second phase, the change in processing of information and documentation facilitated and streamlined the reporting of investments made by Yunit Consulting´s clients, since the information was transferred to “Balcão 2020” in a partially automated way in terms of payment requests submissions, it´s through it that the company clients report the expenses they had with the project. The result of this project brought advantages to employees allowing them more time to focus and dedicate themselves towards more challenging and demanding tasks, at the company level, enabled them to respond to a greater number of customers, and in doing so, enhanced the generated profitability.
