Os AA. estudaram as variações qualitativas de polissacáridos, lípidos, peroxidases e fosfatase alcalina nos leucocitos de doentes de ancilostomíase.
A carga de polissacáridos e lípidos é aparentemente normal, assim como as peroxidases, parecendo nítido o aumento da fosfatase alcalina.
The wrüers investigated qualitatively the variations m the polyssacharide, lipid, peroxydase and alkaline phosphatase content of leukocytes in hookworm anemia. No gross variations from the normal have been detected regarding polyssacharides, lipids and peroxydases, but the alkaline phosphatase seems to be increased.
