Resumo(s)

This article aims at analysing the proposed text, from the newspaper supplement Inimigo Público [IP] (n. 372, the 19st November 2010, p.6). The IP is a “satirical newspaper, all its content is fictional” (see newspaper management). This fact has consequences at the micro and macro linguistic levels which lead us to several questions: How is the satiric effect built up at the linguistic and textual levels? To what kind of mechanisms does it resort? Which are the linguistic markers of those mechanisms and which operations are subjacent to them? Which are the implications at a genre and textual levels? How dos these implications are reflected at a micro textual genre? Which instructions in terms of textual genre converge to the utterances global signification? In order to answer to these questions, we will try to conciliate two linguistic approaches – an enunciative one (the Enunciative Formal Theory framework) and a textual one (the Text Theory and the Sociodiscursive Interactionism frameworks). Our proposal has two different but interconnected topics: the question of reformulation, whose simulation is reported in the text; the genre fictionalization.
