"This study investigates knowledge transfer in the biopharmaceutical sector, in the topic of monoclonal antibody production in bioreactors. The main objective of this work was to establish a data processing pipeline, which included the initial extraction of amino acid sequences, allocation of titer values, calculation of stoichiometric coefficients, and determination of feed conditions that enables the in silico generation of synthetic datasets, relating to monoclonal antibodies (mAb) production in chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells, thereby enhancing subsequent process development campaigns. A dynamic model proposed in literature and open-source modeling methods developed were employed to establish a robust pipeline allowing efficient data flow.(...)"
