A Resiliência ofe-
This study focused on the design of a model for assessing sustainable competitiveness compe- tences in an individual context, with special emphasis on the principles of Resilience, Innovation and Sustainability. The sub-objectives outlined included validating the feasibility of integrated assessment of these same principles, deriving conclusions from the implementation of the model with an individual volunteer and verifying the model's potential to catalyse improvements in individual performance. The model proposed the evaluation of evaluation principles through the development of a ques- tionnaire made up of 10 evaluation dimensions, 42 evaluation criteria and 232 evaluation questions, involving scale and multiple-choice questions, including, where possible, circumstantial questions that would challenge the individual to take a position and reveal their stance on those same scenarios. The validation of the integrated assessment approach was successful, proving to be a solid strat- egy for a complete assessment. Based on a comprehensive literature review, the study emphasised the importance of integrating the principles of Resilience, Innovation and Sustainability, which play key roles in achieving sustainable competitiveness. Resilience provides the basis for adaptation and recovery, Innovation provides the tools for evolution and growth, and Sustainability ensures that such growth is balanced and responsible. Collaboration with an individual volunteer was decisive, allowing the model to be applied, their responses to be analysed and conclusions drawn about their behaviour in relation to the parameters designed. This study revealed the close link between the sustainable competitiveness skills of employees and the sustainable competitiveness of their organisations. Investing in the development of these com- petences has therefore been identified as a potential generator of significant benefits for both companies and society in general.
