| dc.description.abstract | Na sequência do projecto de reabilitação de um edifício oitocentista, em pleno centro histórico da cidade antiga de Lisboa, efectuaram-se trabalhos arqueológicos preventivos.Apesar dos níveis de ocupação proto-históricos estarem muito perturbados pelas sucessivas ocupações do espaço, ao longo de quase três mil anos, foi possível identificar e escavar três contextos bem preservados da Idade do Ferro.O estudo e análise do espólio aí identificado, em particular no contexto 1, permite pela primeira vez na história da arqueologia urbana da cidade, atestar sem margem de dúvidas uma fase recuada de ocupação ainda de inícios do primeiro milénio a.C. The rehabilitation of an old building in the historical centre of Lisbon motivated a rescue archaeological work on the site.Although the proto-historic stratigraphy were very disturbed by later occupations, it was possible to identify and to excavate three well preserved contexts dated of the Iron Age.For the first time in Lisbon´s urban archaeology, an occupation of the beginnings of the first millennium B.C. is confirmed, chronology based upon the study and analysis of the ceramics identified on this site, particularly those of context 1. | en |
