"Lentiviral vectors (LV) are excellent gene transfer tools enabling the transduction of
proliferative and non-proliferative cells and the long-term transgene expression. However, LV
manufacture is a high cost process characterized by low transducing competent particles
yields. This work aimed to address these challenges by 1) enhancing LV transduction
efficiencies, and by 2) assisting the development of constitutive LV producer cell lines for
continuous, reproducible, and low-cost LV manufacture(...)"
